• If I want to return a purchase, will I be refunded?

There is a 7 day refund policy. If jewelry is worn, or damaged it cannot be returned.There are no cash refunds. There is a valued customer credit given to customer.

 

• If I make an online purchase how soon will it be shipped?

All purchases made through All Dolled Up are shipped immediately and recieved between 3-5 business days.

 

• What is the warranty for All Dolled Up accessories?

Damaged jewelry is eligable for repair if returned within 30 days of purchase. After 30-day warranty ends, a fee will be charged to accomodate the extent of damage.

 

• What are the requirements for wholesale purchases?

All wholesale inquiries are processed through email (adu_girl@yahoo.com). For purchases, email Bianca Bre'nair Tatum with owner's information (name, address, city, state, proof of business.) There is a minimum purchase requirment of $100.

 

• Does All Dolled Up customize jewelry?

Yes. All designs displayed on this website can be customized for personal satisfaction. There are no alternations on exsisting designs. All Dolled Up also designs for weddings, fashion shows, proms, etc.
